Our mission was to provide business development, executive, marketing and administrative support to help organizations achieve their goals in an ethical, timely, cost-effective and professional way In 2004, Executive Support, Inc. modified its focus to concentrate on the consulting side of its busines. Susan Roberts, President, Executive Support, Inc. has an MBA in marketing and M.Ed. in curriculum. She has extensive background in the for-profit and non-profit industries. This includes leading the International Association of Corporate & Professional Recruitment, sales and marketing management for Baxter Healthcare and business development as a trade officer for the Government of Ontario, Canada. Susan takes on the leadership roles needed by the client associations and is knowledgeable in what makes individuals and organizations successful. She is skilled at leading groups of individuals with diverse ideas and opinions to successfully complete a common goal. Susan is a member of the ASAE (American Society of Association Executives), The Canadian Club of Chicago and the Association Forum. She attends Association Forum's educational conferences and is the former Chair of their Special Interest group for CEO’s of organizations with less than $2 million revenues.
